The past few weeks have been one heck of a rough ride. It's been about joining lotta online platforms and challenges just to keep up with learning and being a better developer. And really, it's not been a bit easy. I've struggled with the same issues every newbie faces when they set out to learn to program. It's a lot overwhelming, but then when I look at the community and my love to for solving problems I wouldn't just give up.

I got into the Andela scholarship with google sometime in May. And since then I've struggled with lotta things, from struggling to keep up with the fast-paced developers by coding on paper for the first few weeks to buying a new PC to finally start coding. And dealing with a horribly sluggish network signal for surfing the internet. It's being one hell of a ride. But guess what?..... I made it to the 10,000 out of 33,000. yay...............💃🏿💃🏿💃🏿💃🏿💃🏿 And yesterday we had the on-boarding call, where the mentors shared expectations and Ideas on how to make it to the next phase. I know I didn't learn so much in the first phase, but I'm willing to put in all I've got to do better for this stage.

I know very well, I may not make it top 1000, but then this dark-skinned girl gotta keep trying.
